I absolutely LOVED to read all the relationhsip/&marriage advice from everyone in Laura’s post. I am single, but I had my fare share of experience so far and totally agree with so many of these advices. ESPECIALLY this one:

Don’t even remind me the times…….ok, let’s forget about that.
On to today’s post. I was scrolling through my iPhone lately and found I need to show you some of the pics I took back when I started using an iPhone – and I throw in some meal pics as well. Have fun.
Breakfast: Chocolate Quark Pancakes (quark is no fat curd cheese, similar to greek yogurt – I am telling you cause I get asked a lot as to what the hell quark is).
Lunch: Sweet Potatoes with Deli chicken, brussels sprouts and broccoli
Preworkout: Berry Oatmeal Coconut Cake
Postworkout: Protein Smoothie with oats, fruit and TVP on top
Dinner: Fish and more.
Dessert: PB2 with a little quark and wholegrain cracker w. chocolate
