Sometimes you have to discuss the really important stuff.
Post Legday discussions with Laura. The message on top was the reply to my request that we look a little cleaner (we were both shiny and sweaty on our last Skype Call. Thank God we couldn’t smell each other) and more appropriate next time we skype. Obviously I got a big NO on that.
So many goodies! And yes, I opened this pumpkin pie bar right away. Greedy as usual.

This called for an excursion with Mom to Germany’s farmers market. I LOVE!
Coffee break in the sun – once more I just ‘ate’ the milkfoam and skipped on the coffee. Will I ever learn? I DON’t like coffee and I seem not to change that. I should just order milkfoam.
Lunch had to happen when back home….
My kabocha squash hoarding MIGHT be getting a little out of hand. Is that even possible? I bought some spinach and flowers too. Just for the record.
I also bought a grill pan. BBQ all year long, hellyeah!!! I swear, there is no use for my other pans anymore, I can throw them out the window. THIS one is a gem!!!
Saturday recipe making: Fig-Banana-Truffles. Inspired by the Copycat Lindt Truffles from Aussie.
Fig Banana Truffles
200g dried figs
150g Banana (1 large)
75g glutenfree flour (any works)
50g Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Growing Naturals)
100g Chocolate Chips melted
Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate.
Form balls and roll in melted chocolate. Put in the fridge and store them there.
They went to the Box once again. Otherwise I would have demolished all of them in one sitting, no doubt about that. SO GOOD.
That grill pan does not suck at all. Really. Made an amazing dinner with it. Someone please clarify why I didn’t realize earlier that a grill pan is the thing I ever missed in my life.
Sunday morning sprintsession. I love/hate it.
Postworkout: Eggwhite/Oats Porridge with blueberries.
Sunday baking: Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Blondies by Davs. Yeah. They turned out as muffin brunettes. I threw in the chocolate chips when the doughmix was still warm (we don’t have canned puree, so I have to cook the pumpkin and then puree it). #fail #typical
Whatever – they taste AMAZING.

That WOD was killer!! I was like omg-my-lungs-are-going-to-explode-in-a-second. I am thrilled I could do proper knee to elbows – 30 in a row. I couldn’t do them for a while now cause of my trapped shoulder muscle, but after several physiotherapy sessions, it’s getting better!
You see, I am not too wordy, but that doesn’t matter, cause I will babble enough on the next WIAW post which is waiting for you on Wednesday. Prepare yourself.

If you do Cardio, what’s your favorite way to do it? I love Jump Rope, Running and Rowing. But PLEASE not for hours and hours. Quick and intense, that’s enough.
