It’s Wednesday. We know what that means.

Before I let you stalk my food, I want to inform you that I am guest posting over on Jessie’s blog today!! It’s my favorite pancake recipe. Believe me, you want it.

Quark Pancakes

I am cutting it short today – I am out almost every night this week, so extended blogging is a little difficult.

I am rocking my LBC program and the results are kicking in, finally! It is such a great feeling when the hard work starts to show. I will do a progress post another time, it’s too early still. But what I can say is that I am happy with my plan – hardly any cardio, and no cutting of carbs and fat. YES.

Breakfasts:

Egg/Protein Oats with Cacao and an Apple

  1. Oh my gosh, Lucie. So much seafood, I have a seafood coma….something I can be on board with!

    I’m glad to see a plan that…hello- has carbs and fats and adequate protein! I never see more beautiful prawns than on here.

  2. Wooohooo for progress- glad you are seeing deserved results! Looking forward to reading more about the program!

    I am such a seafod junkie- scallops, prawns, salmon….gimme all!! As for favorite fat, that’s constantly changing but lately avocado has been dong it for me- even more so than nut butter so that alone should speaks volumes haha! I’m not normally huge on bread but after eating it in France, it’s definitely my favorite carb source as of late!!

  3. Mmm….seafood. I’m definitely not picky! If I had to pick a favourite, I’d probably have to go with scallops or salmon, but shrimp is pretty high up there. Fat: peanut butter (of course) and favourite carb….probably squash (how HLB of me)

  4. I’d be happy on a meal plan like this too! Everything looks super delicious, girl! Well, maybe not so much the seafood, buuuuut I might be biased because I’m allergic to half of it and don’t like the smell of the other half πŸ˜† And does ice cream count as a carb source? If not, then I’m going to go with oatmeal… or white basmati rice. Or both mixed together πŸ˜€

    But I thought you’d been doing some cardio…? Snatches, no? πŸ˜‰

  7. I love allllll seafood!! It is seriously so delicious!

  8. Mmh, I’ll take all of the dishes featuring seafood MINUS the seafood ;). Especially the last two because a) Crema di Balsamico – deeelish! and b) nutritional yeast. Oh, and asparagus. Will you believe I didn’t have any this year so far, the season’s almost over and I haven’t seen green one in weeks?! I might just cry.
    Right now my favourite carbs – aside from oats, always oats – would be a tie between polenta and [white] potatoes. Honestly, I plan on making them off limits for the rest of the week to force myself to some variety. Or at least tomorrow. And you know my favourite fat is nut butter. All kinds of it.

    I am so flipping HANGRY right now and looking at all these food photos made me want to GODZILLA my kitchen! LOL!

  11. So many delicious eats. My favorite carb source would be fruit, veggies, pasta and bread…. boy, that really narrows it down doesn’t it?! Ha.
