Poor organs. Poor liver.
Since I turned into a single from one day to the other my alcohol consumption assumed alarming proportions. Ok, that’s an exaggeration, but you hear me. I gobbled down prosecco pretty mindlessly – wait, the last 2 weeks I was even up for Gin Tonics almost daily
and some Amraone and Whiskey with Laura. Bad girl.
Very similar behavior here with sugar – talk about cookies, chocolate, desserts…..I had them daily.
I was fine. I did not blame myself. I loved the drinks and you all know how much I love chocolate. I had my bad/fat days, but I never binged and my negative talk was kept to a minimum. I kept up my clean meals in between (lol) and my workouts. Means, with a surplus I gained quite some muscle and I look more athletic than I did a year ago, you can tell.
Though now it is time to lean out a bit – and since I didn’t have the energy to create my plans on my own with my rollercoaster life at the moment, I registered with Lean Bodies Consulting. I follow them since more than a year and their concepts and attitude convince me. Additional to that it will be a GREAT opportunity for me to learn more about my body, workouts and nutrition.
So day 1 was this Monday! I have 2 mealplans, one for Off days and one for Training days. And I must say – so far it goes very well. I am pretty sick of all the sugar and feeling bloated, so for the moment I am loving the clean foods and have no cravings (let’s see how long that lasts, haha ).
There is no cutting out carbs or fats or things like this. I eat a LOT of carbs and fats and it makes me HAPPY!!
So this is only a peek – the days are different and the meal combos as well.
The workouts are intense, geeeez. No Cardio at the moment though – so curious how my body will resond to this! I totally trust the LBC Crew.
