Breakfast is served!! Enjoy with me this delicious and easy to make Oatmeal Recipe. You will love it. It’s cake for breakfast. You don’t like cake for breakfast? WHO are you???
It’s glutenfree and dairyfree – and it contains what we need for a balanced meal – carbs, protein, fat and fibre. And it’s sweet. I feel the urge to strengthen my resolution that cake is good for you in the morning. Ok, I think I would eat this just as well for lunch and for dinner and snack. #cakeformeallday
Trust me on this – it is healthy!!
60g glutenfree Jumbo Oats
40g Coconut Flour
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 – 1,5 dl water
1tsp coconut oil
Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Grease a casserole with coconut oil.
Mix all the ingredients together and stir well – add the water at the end and use as much as you need to make it semi-liquid.
Pour the mixture into the casserole and bake for 20-30 minutes.
You can certainly pimp it by using or adding banana, nuts, avocado, a grated apple, dried fruit…..use your creativity.
Can it be easier? NO!
