Hello! It’s been waaaay too long since I posted a recipe so today I finally present a new one! It’s yummy and strange too. A must for #strangebutgood godess Laura’s host and also for the #RECIPEFRIDAY linkup!
Since we are in March and spring is supposed to be here, this recipe is a fresh and light one, which would also be perfect for Summer.
100g no fat quark or greek yogurt
Spices are not measured!
Cover your chicken breast in turmeric, chilli and lemon pepper and roast on low heat – set aside.
In a small bowl, mix quark/yogurt with chives, salt, onionpowder and garlicpowder.
Spiralize the cucumber and the zucchini.
Mix 2/3 of the noodles with the quark and arrange on the plate. Add the remaining noodles on the side and add chicken on top.
Decorate with avocado and chives.
