It’s midweek, Wednesday and it’s WIAW – What I ate Wednesday as we all know. Thank you Jenn for hosting again and keeping up partying with us in the blogger community with the little chickpea!
Let’s talk a little about my Mondays. This is kind of how I feel on Mondays:
On Monday morning I always travel back from my ‘weekend-home’ Zurich to my ‘work-home’ Basel. Being away for the whole weekend means my fridge is EMPTY – and that is a state I can not accept in my kitchen. So instead of doing a relaxing grocery shopping tour on the weekend, I have to do it either when I arrive in Basel (before work), or over lunchtime. And it always looks like this….
So after being up for 2 hours and 45 minutes and still no food yet, I am more than starving when arriving at the office. And if there is no appropriate bag to be found, my food is transported in my handbag. I am classy like that.
Eggy Oats were the breakfast topic of the week anyway.
With spinach as a savory omelette version.
I felt stressed out and couldn’t wait to lay down on my Yoga Mat at lunchtime. There is a 60 minutes Power Yoga class at the studio very close to my office and it was SO needed – my body thanked me.

I can not remember which dinner I had on Monday night, so I show you both pics. Either of them was on Tuesday. So when coming home, I first threw part of my groceries into the oven to prepare my food for the week….
….and then I sat down for maybe saffron chicken with mushrooms, spinach and avocado…..
Anyway, the best part of all the last few days was snacking on my obsession.

Do you always remember what you ate on certain days? I totaly get confused, I have a TON of foodpics on my phone, iPad and camera and have no idea when I ate all that. Freaky.
