Good morning!

Happy Wednesday to you, and…..

Happy WIAW! It’s round number 28 (WHAAAT??) and this campaign is getting bigger and bigger! Thank you Mrs. Peas&Crayons for hosting this food-blogger-feast!

    For breakfast this morning I had a creamsicle smoothie with a veggie sandwich.

  3. What flavor hummus is that? Looks awesome! I crave cold foods in the summer..and am right now enjoying a huge bowl of Greek yogurt with berries, bran flakes and nuts for breakfast–> my summer fave!

    Oh yes for light food when the temps get hot, I was just talking to someone about that! I’m planning on a green protein smoothie for breakfast as soon as I get back from the gym which I’m heading to RIGHT NOW πŸ™‚ Enjoy your day, all of those eats look fantastic!

  6. Your food looks great. I’ve still never tried coconut water which is weird because I’m a coconut freak. I totally crave watermelon and eat it by the truck loads in the summer. I’m always sad to see it go out of season. I haven’t had breakfast yet, but yesterday it was a smoothie…recipe on my WIAW post. Good to meet you, I’m Jess. πŸ™‚

  9. All this week, it’s been ridiculously hot so I’ve been loving Coconut Bliss (coconut ice cream)…seriously a lifesaver right now. And for breakfast I had oats and eggs, which is clearly not the best hot-weather breakfast but whatever, I like it πŸ˜‰

    Favorite food when it’s hot is ice cream. No question there πŸ˜‰
    And I love how the beets made your omelet pink. Now that is seriously the most fashionable omelet I’ve ever seen haha.

    OK OK! I need to get on the PANCAKE already, everytime I view your blog my mouth waters at the sight of pancakes, I just need to do it already! I burned my last batch so that is why I stopped for a bit, I do not have the PANCAKE flip down 😦 Thanks for the motivation Lucie xoxoxo

    • Just let them cook on medium or even LOW heat!! If you cook them too high they will burn. In order to flip, you really need to wait 4-5 minutes until they’re set. That’s why low heat!
