I am sorry to say that I will leave you AGAIN for a few days. Today at 12:10 I will be sitting on the plane with 3 of my girlfriends on our way to Spain. Long girls-weekend!!! We’ve been waiting for this so long and now it’s finally here! We will stay again at the residence of Sandro’s parents and stay there till Tuesday. It will be a blast.
Speaking of trips – my ‘real’ vacation in June is near, and I will be away for more than 15 days. I am looking for GUEST POSTS!! If you would like to give me the honor and write a post on my blog while I am away, please let me know asap so I can coordinate. Mail me at email@example.com

I got spoiled even more this week with some belated birthday presents. My girlfriends got me a ticket for the Robbie Williams concert – FIRST CIRCLE!!! How COOl is that?? Ok, not all of you will freak out now, but I find it absolutely awesome.
On the SAME day, a present from my coach Courtney was in the mail. I was beyond happy, she sent me the sweetest card ever and a NEW journal!! So pretty and thoughtful!!
I also did some research for my vacation in NY and Boston, since I want to try some new workouts when I am there. I was happy to find the Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp. I signed up for 2 sessions, one in Central Park and 1 early morning one on Brooklyn Bridge. I am so excited!!
I also signed up for a Barre class in Boston. The best thing about is, that I will be doing this together with Danielle!! We were talking about our meet up in Boston for so long now and now it is scheduled! I can not wait to meet her in person!

Speaking of great subjects – Laura nailed it when it comes to diets!! Diets are a neverending discussion, I wonder, if the hype about new diets will ever end. How you can just break this all down to some easy factors, Laura explains it perfectly with the ‘No Shit’ Diet.
As yo may know, I am a strong believer in meditation. Meditation helped me so much in getting better with my fears and anxieties, in finding inner peace and relaxing. I also lost weight with meditation. How that is possible is perfectly well described in Anna’s post about ‘How Meditation Can Help You Om the Pounds Away’
When it comes to recipes and workouts, I love this chest workout from my coach Courtney!! I LOVE training chest, probably because it is my strongest part. I will definitely try this one out!
Since MONTHS, I am intrigued by Lisa’s breakfast bakes. Not only do they look so pretty (mine won’t look as pretty. We all know, that when I remake recipes, they look like a really bad copy of it), they are a healthy and hearty breakfast with great ingredients. My favorite: The Baked Banana Bread Oatmeal:
Speaking of pretty food – I am absolutely going to join the hype on the mason jar thing. Something’s about them – first, they remind me so much of my Grandma and her unbeatable delicious jam, secondly, having a smoothie or a drink out of a mason jar is somhow classy. I am the only one who gets so excited about eating food out of a glass?
Gina served the cherry on top yesterday – an oh-so-delicious dessert in a mason jar. TOTALLY going to make this!!

Ok Lovelies, I need to head out the door to catch my flight! In case I manage to close my suitcase……YES, yes, yes, yes, yes….I KNOW. Only 5 days. And we will even do some shopping. First explanation: 1/3 of the suitcase is stuffed with pillows for the chairs I need to transport for Sandro’s parents. AND – you never know. Always be prepared with everything, right??
