Good morning and happy Wedneday!
Believe me, today the party is even more special since 1st of May is always a holiday. Jjjjihhaaa!

So my Whole30 is still going strong and I am in my last days. As promised, I will make a proper update once it is over, but let me just tell you, that also during this challenge I stayed human. I don’t know how others do it, but I had days, where I did not stick 100% to the plan. Yes, I did feel guilty and ashamed, but no, I did not start it all over again. The plan is VERY strict and very limited, so it is really hard. Maybe, it does not have the same effect when you sneak in non-approved food here and there, but I must say, that even like this, the challenge taught me a LOT and I developed some good habits. I also lost weight! But all about that next week.
Let’s look at the meals from yesterday. And I am SORRY for the crabby pics again, I didn’t have the Pro-Camera with me and iPhone Pics with bad lighting are just the worst.
I woke up to my usual time 5:15 am, did my morning routine (meditation, hot lemon water, meta D drink) and then did some light mini workouts from Blogilates and Tone it Up to wake my body up. After showering, breakfast was ready:
It was an unexciting day at the office…so nothing to talk about. I always have the fridge or my drawer filled with some good snacks, because….you never know. Before chewing my arm off or eating the letters of my keyboard, I rather have real food.
There was also a hardboiled egg involved, but I was too busy to stuff my face with it so taking a picture stayed undone.
Lunchtime is usually gymtime – I love to go over lunch, it refreshes my mind and holds me over the afternoon perfectly. Best thing – after work I can directly head home. So I pumped some iron for an hour and came back to a sad looking but tasty cucumber-smokedsalmon-salad.
This was a late lunch, so no snack was needed during the afternoon. I travelled to Zurich after work, because I will spend the rest of the week there. I was home JUST at dinner time and starving, so food had to be made QUICK!!! Good thing Sando wasn’t there, I was hangry and believe me, no one likes my company when I am in this mood.
I know, I am so boring, but I am obsessed with this meal lately….I could eat it all day.

Favorite nut? Hmm, almonds and macadamia nuts. I used to love cashew, I still do, but I guess I had too much of them 🙂 Brazil nuts are delicious too!
