Is it already Friday??? Where has the week gone??
Well, I certainly do not complain, since today is already weekend for me, so I am one happy camper.
Let’s start with SOD – Song of the day. As you may know, my best (male) friend Markus is sharing the office with me – in our Loft, there is our company, plus his architecture company. Is there a better thing than seeing your best friend at work every day? Sometimes he sends me over the Song of the Day, and most of the time I love it.

As the weekend is starting NOW, I am planning a little bit ahead to stay on track. Whole30 meals and workout ideas for Saturday and Sunday…..
1. Cinnamon Eggwhites with Almond Butter
2. Dinner out – Salad Bar
40 sec sprint / 30 sec low > 3 rounds
40 sec strength exercise / 30 sec break > 2 exercises, 3 rounds each
Repeat both sets 3 times for a 30-minute workout!!!
