But BEFORE we start with this party I have a great annoucement – I passed my exams!!! I am SO happy. One more reason to party this Wednesday!

Jjjjjjippiiiiiyyyeeaahaaaahhhh!!!!

Jjjjjjippiiiiiyyyeeaahaaaahhhh!!!!

Last Sunday, I ended my #RESTWEEK and did my first workout on Monday! How this all felt, the week, and going back to workouts will be part of another post, so let’s see what foods were on my plan on Wednesday Tuesday. I am rocking the second week of the Whole30 and so far it’s going really well.

I did my typical morning routine, meditation, hot lemon water, meta D drink and then grabbed my running shoes and headed out the door. A 50 minutes workout including running, strength intervals and Tabata was on the plan and it was glorious since the sun comes our so early now.

I fueled with a plain meal without any fruits and veggies – I eat SO many veggies on the Whole30 plan, sometimes it just has to be pure.

Pure was also my liquid snack…..

Since the days here are sunny and warm at the moment, I took the chance to meet my BFF in the parc next to the office to have lunch in the sun.

The day went on with not more exciting happenings except work and fresh strawberries!

– and my after work Yoga or Strength Routine. I always do 30 minutes of something light and short, just to get the workday off my mind and body. It helps me a lot to not fall into a slump when I arrive home.

And then I cooked up some fresh, summary delicioucy for dinner and made myself comfortable for a cozy night at home.

Happy Wednesday!

  1. hahahaha i had to laugh at your answer to your favorite meal, partially because that’s pretty much sums up mine, with an addition to salads&smoothies though of course =)

also, i love your outfit! You look beautiful darling ❤

  2. Your day sounds fabulous!! Congrats on passing your exams best feeling when you pass something you worked hard on :-). My favorite meal this week has to be my meatloaf and side salad with olives. Olives and I are having a smooth relationship right now :-). Hope you have a great day! Love + Shine Courtstar

  3. Ooooh are you wearing the rose suede shoes in that pic in the park? They’re lovely! Hmmmm….favourite meal is a tough question…right NOW it would be trout salad, but ask me in five mins and it may be different! Nut butters, I don’t know as I haven’t tried any yet!

  4. Greta says:

Can your food be more beautiful? I can’t take my eyes from it!! How are you doing on the Whole30? anything you miss? I need to be careful with nut butters. I have little moderation with those. And please don’t make me pick, cause I love them all. Seriously… ok cashew is the least favourite. 😀

    • Thanks Greta, I am doing great!! I miss a grain here and there, even though my stomach is happy without them, I always loved some oatmeal or a piece of brown bread here and there or pancakes! Besides that I love the food and I need to get creative which is good 🙂
I manage to keep moderation with the nut butters, but on some days it’s hard, I know 🙂

  5. Congratulations on passing your exams! I love the celebratory pic! 🙂

  6. Congrats on passing your exams! How exactly do you make the cinnamon egg scramble? That sounds delicious!

    • Thank you!!
Supereasy. 1 egg, 3 eggwhites, beat together with 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg. Scramble in a skillet and top with almond butter if you like that!

  7. Congrats on passing your exams, loving all of your eats and the celebratory pic! :/)

  8. What a great place to have lunch! Wish it was warm enough here to do that. Everything looks yummy and healthy. Great combo!

You are doing amazing on Whole30! Are you feeling awesome?? I’m so glad it’s warming up for you! I just can’t wait for warmer and sunnier days 🙂

  10. Paige says:

I am having salad greens and salmon for dinner tonight, can’t wait. As much as I love nut butters I still think regular pb is my fave!

  11. Your outfit is so cute. Love it

  12. Congrats on passing your exams!!
I’ve tried all different sorts of nut butter, but I think crunchy pb has to be my all time fave. Don’t mess with a classic! 😉

  13. Yaaaaaay! Congrats on passing your exam, hun! And I just love that happy picture of you 🙂 But… could I have some of your gorgeous weather?! We’re getting the sunshine, but could definitely use a little bit more warmth.

Favorite nut butter? Definitely roasted almond. And favorite meal? Breakfast – oats or yogurt messes 😀

    • Thank you!!! 🙂 I am so relieved!
ANd yes, I send you over some warmth! It’s going to break down though by Friday, so I have to soak up as much as possible.
Oh suuure, I knew that is your fave! 🙂

  14. Yay! You passed your exams! Congrats! Your strawberries and dinner look delicious! I’ve tried almond butter and sunflower seed butter, but peanut butter is still my favorite. (I buy natural, nuts and salt only) Have a fabulous day!

  15. Lift, Sleep, Eat says:

Wooo well done on passing your exams; thats great!! 😀 Bet you feel so relieved!
All your eats look so yummy – my favourite nut butter has gotta be peanut butter all the way..or cashew butter now and then..to be honest though I love all of them!

  16. Lisa says:

Yay for finishing and passing your exams!!!! Must be a relief to have that all done with!!
Such a gorgeous photo of you!
My favorite nut butter…hmm…toughie! I’d say almond butter probably! So delicious.

  17. kimathungryhealthygirl says:

Favorite nutbutter….that’s way too hard for me. Ever since I made cashew butter, that’s been a fave. Almond butter is way up there too! Congrats on your exams…that is soooooo awesome!!

  18. Congratulations on your exams!!

I absolutely love Once Again nut butters, I always savor mine as long as possible when I have them because they are so pricey! I also loved the rest week, and how the focus was on exercising the mind rather than the body.

  19. Haha! Totally laughing out loud at your ONE favorite food! Mine would be peanutbutterpizzaeggskabocahasquashpancakes! 😉 And seriously, I love almond butter, coconut, butter, and sunflower seed butter, but my heart will ALWAY belong to my precious PEANUT butter!

LOVE the pic of the lemon water! Gorgeous!! Oh and before I forget…CONGRATULATIONS on your exams! Woohoooooochickapowwwwwww! :-X

  20. First, CONGRATS on passing your exams! Yayayay! ❤

I've recently jumped on the hot lemon water in the morning train, and I LOVE it! (Did I already tell you that? I may have! whoops!). I think it really improves my digestion throughout the day, and I only wish I'd started doing it earlier. Better late than never! 🙂

Your eats look so so so good! I know what you mean about needing to take a break from veggies…I eat at least one meal/day that's entirely fruit or veggie free–sometimes two or three! It totally depends how I'm feeling and what I'm craving. And speaking of craving…I'm totally crushing on that smoked salmon in your salad! Swooooon.

My favorite nut butter is definitely peanut butter. No question! Second favorite is peanut coconut butter, and third favorite is coconut butter. 😉 Bahaha, I love your favorite meal. Mine would probably be this:

    roastedsalmonscallopsspinachgarlicrunnyeggspeanutbutteravocadobananasweetpotato ;-p

Hrmm…I wonder how all of those foods would taste smooshed together!

    Love you!! ❤ xoxo

    • Thank you Love!!
No I didn’t know about the lemon water, so glad it helps you!!
UUh, Peanut coconut butter??!! now that sounds incredible I didn’t even know that it exists! Must try.
Oh yes, I guess that ‘smoothie’ would taste pretty interesting 🙂

  21. Definitely love breakfast! I could eat it all day long!

That salad looks great! I’d eat it for breakfast 😉

  22. Hayley says:

That curry chicken looks amazing. I love curry everything!! I want to travel to India just to sample all of the dishes 🙂
