You probably are just as excited as I am that today is WIAW – What I ate Wednesday which only means we get a food party started and take a sneak peak in everyone’s daily eats. Thanks to the marvelous hostess Jen – Join in!
But BEFORE we start with this party I have a great annoucement – I passed my exams!!! I am SO happy. One more reason to party this Wednesday!
Last Sunday, I ended my #RESTWEEK and did my first workout on Monday! How this all felt, the week, and going back to workouts will be part of another post, so let’s see what foods were on my plan on
Wednesday Tuesday. I am rocking the second week of the Whole30 and so far it’s going really well.
I did my typical morning routine, meditation, hot lemon water, meta D drink and then grabbed my running shoes and headed out the door. A 50 minutes workout including running, strength intervals and Tabata was on the plan and it was glorious since the sun comes our so early now.
I fueled with a plain meal without any fruits and veggies – I eat SO many veggies on the Whole30 plan, sometimes it just has to be pure.
Pure was also my liquid snack…..
Since the days here are sunny and warm at the moment, I took the chance to meet my BFF in the parc next to the office to have lunch in the sun.
The day went on with not more exciting happenings except work and fresh strawberries!
– and my after work Yoga or Strength Routine. I always do 30 minutes of something light and short, just to get the workday off my mind and body. It helps me a lot to not fall into a slump when I arrive home.
And then I cooked up some fresh, summary delicioucy for dinner and made myself comfortable for a cozy night at home.
What is your favorite nutbutter? Raw Almond Butter – hands down.
