My favorite campaign is happening today hosted by one of my favorite blogger diva.
How was your weekend? I feel almost bad to talk about mine, it was SO boring (which is a good thing, at least for me). I did have some exciting plans, but sometimes things change and you end up low key right? Fine with me. I started the weekend off on Friday morning after the Booty Call run, breakfast and cleaning my appartement. I went to the gym over lunch time where I had a workout date with an old gym-friend-buddy, Oli, and we rocked GRIT Strength – always so much fun and sweat.
Thanks to my meal prep freakness, I had salmon, coconutmilk-broccoli and mashed beans ready at home to throw into a Nori sheet. MMmmh.
I travelled to Zurich later in the day and floated into the start of my weekend. OH! No. There is one thing that scratches the harmony of this light hearted feeling of being unpledged. Sorry, can I just break the moment and say SORRY? But this is what I feel when I see the pile of study-paper in my bag….
It was good to be out with my man since that did not happen in too long. Also, we knew that Saturday he would be off for playing Ice-Hockey and I would
Can we just skip Saturday? Nothing exciting happened anyway.
Oh wait!! I did some baking!! YES! I wanted to bake Kims Ricotta Breakfast Cookies, but did not have all the ingredients on hand, so I adapted it a bit and threw these things together:

They taste really good and are a great snack or a breakfast with some Yogurt.
Since I knew that if I stop baking I would need to start studying, I just continued….
I baked the PerfectFit Banana Bread from Tone it Up……mmmmmh.
Ok, YES, I did study in the afternoon and also in the evening. Not without a break at the lake….
….and dinner in between….
As I went to bed early I was bright and awake at shortly before 8 on Sunday. After meditation I switched on You Tube and just picked random videos from thedailyhiit.com, blogilates.com and toneitup.com. I created a Playlist on YouTube with my fave videos so it is super-easy to find the ones I want and to get started right away. I went with HIIT, a bit of TRX and some booty, arms and abs toning very randomly.
And everything on my new Yoga Mat Sandro brought home! I love it, it reminds me of summer.
Breakfast was calling soon after….I wanted to try my bakings and wasn’t disappointed! Paired with a sweet healthy cream it was the perfect postworkout fuel.
Jessie promised me to send some sun over from Kuwait and we got it. Despite the bad weather forecast the weather was lovely and BESIDE SOME STUDYING Sandro and me went for a walk, did some grocery shopping and sat in the coffee to read newspaper.
Until it was time for dinner.
