Welcome to this flippin’ cool foodfeast hosted by the beautiful JENN over at Peas and Crayons!

Now since I was away last week from the partyround it is nice to join in again today. I am on a wrapkick lately which you can see on following pics….

But FIRST, there is breakfast. I made so much dough on the weekend it lasted for 3 days. Extremely fine with me. And the berries….I am the happiest person ever since strawberries and blueberries are back in town.

I was back at work yesterday which was fine too. As much as I enjoyed the days off, it is good to be back in a workday routine and to see my work colleagues again. I had a Lunchdate at the gym with my trainer. Haha. I can not even remember all we did, it was a lot and I was almost dead when I stumbled up the stairs to check out. Things like complex weight lifting, kettle bells, walking slide-plank (this one was really mean!), heavy weight squats and last but not least a rowing Tabata. Gimme suga Babe!

Yup. I needed fuel after that badass stuff. I prepared this wholegrain wrap filled with cottage cheese, peppers, asparagus and lentils. I think I ate asparagus daily since about 3 weeks. I am obsessed.

Later in the afternoon I went for this one – hmmmmm.

2013-02-26 08.11.45This has nothing to do with food, but I found this in my handbag when looking for my phone. Sandro bought it for me the other day and I forgot about it. I mean, you never know….one day I might be the winner and will get 4000 CHF per month for life. I wouldn’t mind. But this one was not even 1 CHF.

After work I did go to do some gorcery shopping and cooked up some veggies when arriving home. While I was standing there in the kitchen, waiting for the broccoli to get soft, I realized I could as well do a short Yoga session to losen up my tense muscles. I did a 10 minutes flow from Tara Stiles – perfect.

Dinner was another wrap – this time Nori. Filled and paired with smoked salmon and Broccolimousse.

Don’t think I ended my day without dessert. I did not have any chocolate around so I went for a Questbar topped with a little bit of Almond Butter. Hmmm.

Nom nom nom – yay!! for wraps! Those salmon broccoli ones must be so good!

As for the lottery, you know the saying: lucky in cards unlucky in love! So I better have the latter! 😀 I’m the worst at winning anything. I haven’t actually won a thing in my life. 😀

Fave workout?! Nothing too painful, but something really challenging – you know, when after you’ve done it – you feel as you have accomplished something?!

And I’m obsessed with your pancakes! I’m eating those every single day… will I ever get tired?..

    Happy Wednesday, hun!!

    • Totally agree for lucky in love! Much more preferred 🙂 Not painful but still challenging……uh, if you found that workout please let me know 🙂
I am so happy that you love my pancakes!! I am eating them also every single day! Can we be twins now? ;.)

  2. I love wraps too, you can’t beat a good chicken wrap with avocado, so tasty.

  3. Big yes to wraps and now I need a recipe for broccolimousse!

    • Oh it’s so easy!! Just cook the Broccoli until soft, add 1 tbsp each coconut milk and coconut oil, pepper, a little but of sea salt, curry and chives – mix with the handmixer until soft. Done!! So yummy to put on anything (I use it for Sweet Potatoes, in Wraps, on roasted Pumpkin etc.)

Everything looks delicious! I think a quest bar makes a great swap for chocolate. You know I love them! Have you tried the cookie dough flavor yet? It’s amazing!

mmm its been far too long since ive had a wrap!!
ive never seen that chocolate brownie quest bar before; sounds good!!
i play lottery now and then; the most i’ve ever won is £25 😦

  6. You definitely won’t find my complaining abotu wraps! They’re my go-to lunches to pack for work pretty much every day of the week and I have yet to get tired of them. They’re wonderful because you can always switch up what you put inside them and keep things interesting. Lately I’ve really been loving turkey, hummus, and cheese, but toss a little avocado in there and I’m a super happy camper too!

  7. I am not a big fan of the gluten free wraps out there so I mainly stick to wrapless stuff but boy yours looks good

Welcome back to “reality” 🙂 I agree that getting back to a routine is comforting! I’ve been loving some nightly post-work yoga as well, it helps me reset from the day! And I may need to pick up some Quest bars, I’ve seen them all over the place. Happy Wednesday Lucie!

  9. I LOVE the sound of that wrap! Lentils and cottage cheese w/ asparagus sounds like an amazing combination :).

  10. Salmon-broccoli sounds good! How do you make the broccoli saucy like that? 🙂

    • Thank you! It’s so easy – you just cook the broccoli until it’s soft, add a tbsp coconut oil, a tsp coconut milk, a little salt, pepper, curry and chives. Mix it with the handmixer and done! I love to spread it on everything, it’s so good and light!

I cannot WAIT for berry season! I still have a few more months until it hits Michigan, but I’m looking forward to it. 🙂 I’ve never won anything through the lottery, so after a few tries, I’ve just stopped playing haha!

  12. Man, everyone seems to be addicted to those quest bars lately. They must be very good for the price 🙂

We’ve won the lotto a few times, but only a couple of bucks, so I don’t think we ever actually went and cashed it in.

  13. P says:

A quest bar and almond butter?? Making me drool now! Haha!

That broccoli mousse looks fantastic and healthy too!
