I hope you had a wonderful start into the weekend. Weekend is mostly Survey-time around here. I found this around the blogger world and want to share it with you.
A is for age: 34. Still. 3,5 months more and then I am a midthirtie! EEK!
B is for breakfast today: Pancakes!! Pancakes, every day this week. Is it possible to get sick of Pancakes?
C is for currently craving: Currently nothing as I just had breakfast. I craved a cookie after dinner yesterday and had it. This morning I craved a Protein Muffin or Pancakes. And I had it.
D is for dinner tonight: Indian!! Sandro and me have a voucher for an Indian place nearby. We finally get to have dinner there, I can’t wait. I am not a huge fan of Indian, but I love it once in a while especially in winter.
E is for favorite type of exercise: TRX, Running, HIIT, Crossfit, Yoga!!! Whooops, was I supposed to pick only one?? Impossible, sorry.
F is for irrational fear: Everytime I walk down a stair. I am terrified that I will lose balance and fall down in a huge disaster with a broke jaw or some cruel thing like this.
G is for gross food: Anchovies. Give it to me and I will
hate you spit it out.
H is for hometown: Basel, Switzerland, Europe.
I is for something important: Awereness. It is one of the most important things in my life. Not only being aware of my inner self and staying connected to it, but also being aware of the beauty around me like the sunshine, a smile, friends, family.
J is for current favorite jam: I did not eat jam since about 15 years. but if I would have to chose it is definitiely the self made quince-jelly from Mom.
K is for kids: As long as they are not my own, I adore them 🙂 My own…..maybe later.
L is for current location: Home, Zurich, Switzerland, Europe on the couch with nasty weather outside.
M is for the most recent way you spent money: Grocery. We cooked Nori Wraps last night and had to get the stuff at the supermarket. A good investement!
N is for something you need: Rest. And that’s what I do today – giving my body a restday.
O is for occupation: I am a former social worker. Now I am a project assistant in Real Estate Management. If I could chose what to do all day it would be writing, photographing or being a Personal Trainer.
P is for pet peeve: Technology problems. I don’t know how it happens but I turn into a wild swearing animal when something does not work properly with my Laptop or phone. I literally freak out. Sandro really hates me then.
Q is for a quote: Let it come. Let it go. Let it flow.
R is for random fact about you: My eyebrows are pigmented.
S is for favorite healthy snack: Is chocolate a healthy snack? Ok. Nuts, Hummus, eggs, berries soaked in coconut milk and sprinkled with cinnamon. Wait, I have to go and get that now.
T is for favorite treat: Non-Food: Shopping (clothes, bags, shoes, bags, shoes, bags, jeans, jeans, jeans…..) and Hairdresser. Food: MyVities White Chocolate
U is for something that makes you unique: Hmm. I can wiggle my ears. I have the longest, loudest and most excessive laugh attacks.
V is for favorite vegetable: That changes quite a lot. Currently it is asparagus, broccoli or brussel sprouts. In fall it was pumpkin. In summer it is usually cucumber and tomatoes (for greek salad, yumm!).
W is for today’s workout: None. Restday. I did a HIIT class yesterday and went for a 45minutes run. And I will probably do a TRX circuit tomorrow morning. But today? No movement at all except strolling through the city and along the lake!!
X is for X-rays you’ve had: Only dentist ones. I never been to the hospital since my birth. Touch wood.
Y is for yesterday’s highlights: An effective Friday: Work, Workouts, Laundry, Cleaning, Cooking Dinner with my man, Chilling. Perfect start into the weekend.
