Greetings! It’s Monday-Party-Time! Go ahead, check out Katie’s blog for more Marvelousity for a good start off.
Welcome to another weekend recap. It was a great mix of rest and productivity. Off to a good start on Friday with this Lovenote on my doorstep in the morning from my man:

I did quite some workouts on Friday. In the AM it was a short leg circuit, after work 30minutes GRIT and a TRX Bootcamp class. I loved the classes!! Will definitely do these more frequently.
So I needed to give my body some well deserved recovery treats:
Sandro came to pick me up and we traveled back to Zurich together. I was completely knocked off by the time we arrived home and crawled right into bed at 11:30 pm. And I woke up. At. drumroll. drumroll. drumroll. 10:00 AM. YES!! 10 and 1/2 hours of sleep. Aaawwww. It was SO good. With all this sleep and NO workout I had the time and energy to get things done which were on my list for way too long…..

Ironing Laundry (not the hair yet)….
Coloring my nails…..
Finally getting my hair done with the new bought stuff….
And I finished another scarf! I actually intended to knit one for myself to survive winter, but so far I gave them all away – much more pleasant to see someones smile about it!
Sandro had a night out with his boys so I chilled home alone which I love. I tried out a new recipe and I must say….it was D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S.
You see, I am on a GIANT giant-prawns trip. Seriously, they are SO good and currently they sell them fresh for sale, so how can I not hoard tons of ’em and stuff my face every day??
I took Shannons recipe and added pumpkin and some other spices and you bet, I licked the plate when finished #sorrynotsorry !!
Sunday morning I was well rested and felt like a good workout which included a run outside in the snow followed by one of Shannons strength workouts.
Rest of Sunday was easy and lazy as always and ended with another round of bliss.
Chicken-Fries Recipe and a new incredibly delicious Hummus Recipe will be on tomorrow for Tuesday Recipes!!
I totally love to cook my veggies in different ways. As much as I love my simple steamed veggie-bowls or my oh-so-amazing-salad-combos, it’s so nice to switch up once in a while.
So this morning is school again, tomorrow work and then…..FIVE DAYS SPAIN!!! Yup! Sandro and me go for a short trip to Costa del Sol where his parents own a house. I LOVE this place and can not wait to get there and to inhale some sun, temperatures of 15°C and the oceanbreeze…..and doing my workouts at the beach which is just so much better!!
BUT – there will still be Tuesday Recipes, WIAW, Thankful Thursday and a SPAIN-post – can’t wait to share it with you.
