I just love everything with pumpkin this time of the year. My absolute favourite postworkout meal is my Pumpkin Protein Smoothie:
40g overnight oats in 2dl almondmilk (gluten free for me)
1tbsp chia seeds
a dash of stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
1 scoop of protein powder (I prefer sunwarrior vanilla blend)
top with 2 crumbled wholegrain cookies (gluten free for me)
blend and enjoy!
