My name is Lucie - I am a 30+ years old Swiss girl, passionate about CrossFit, Powerlifting, Running, Yoga&Meditation, Healthy Food and Well-Being.

I've been battling Eating Disorders (Anorexia/Bulimia) and pill addiction for 20 years. I fought myself out of it and found my way to recovery. With my blog, fitswisschick.com I try to spread my joy of life and my interests in a healthy and active lifestyle.
